Our warehouse staff are trained to pack your goods exactly as per the specifications that we supply. Before shipping, all goods will be thoroughly examined and safely secured. Everyday, we send to thousands of customers across many countries. The fact that we're dedicated to becoming the largest online retailer in the World is evident. We have distribution centers as well as warehouses in Europe and in the USA.
It is important to note that orders with more than one item will be subject to a processing period that is based to the specific item.
We will carefully examine all items before sending. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. Be aware that your order may be out of stock when your order has been made.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.
The item should not be used and in the original packaging. It should also be in the original packaging.
