Paper
We use professional quality, medium weight matte card for all our prints. Our paper stock gives our prints a very high quality, long-lasting and beautiful finish.
Packaging
Unframed prints will arrive lovingly rolled in a large mailing tube – this will protect the print so you can pop it in your own frame.
Framed prints will be protected with layers of cardboard and bubblewrap. Sometimes for large prints, we use a thin sheet of polystyrene to help protect the glass.
Frames
We are all about New Zealand made – our frames are manufactured locally! They’re high quality NZ wood and glass, finished in matte black or matte white. The frame edge is approximately 20mm wide and 15mm deep.

Prompt shipping and expert packing
We offer a wide range of shipping options due to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse employees will pack every item to our exacting specifications. Your items will undergo an extensive inspection and will be adequately secured before being delivered. Every day, we deliver to thousands of clients in multiple countries. Note: Orders containing more than one product will be assigned a distinct processing time, depending on the specific item.
Prior to shipment, we check the item thoroughly. Today, most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
We are not able to control the inventory in our warehouse or factory. The actual inventory can be changed at any time. It is possible that your order will be out of stock when the order is placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order after 30 days since you purchased it.
For your item to be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be in the original package.
