Paper
We use professional quality, medium weight matte card for all our prints. Our paper stock gives our prints a very high quality, long-lasting and beautiful finish.
Packaging
Unframed prints will arrive lovingly rolled in a large mailing tube – this will protect the print so you can pop it in your own frame.
Framed prints will be protected with layers of cardboard and bubblewrap. Sometimes for large prints, we use a thin sheet of polystyrene to help protect the glass.
Frames
We are all about New Zealand made – our frames are manufactured locally! They’re high quality NZ wood and glass, finished in matte black or matte white. The frame edge is approximately 20mm wide and 15mm deep.

Prompt shipping and expert packing

Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will pack your products according to our precise and accurate specifications. Your goods will undergo a thorough examination and will be properly packaged prior to being sent out. Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers in different countries. This is a sign of our determination to be the largest online retailer on the planet. The warehouses and centers of distribution are in Europe and the USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a different processing period for each item.
Prior to shipping, we inspect the ordered items carefully before shipping. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hrs. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic, and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of many different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The levels of stock can change at any given time. Please be aware that it's possible for your order to be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.
The item should not be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also be in its original packaging.
