Paper
We use professional quality, medium weight matte card for all our prints. Our paper stock gives our prints a very high quality, long-lasting and beautiful finish.
Packaging
Unframed prints will arrive lovingly rolled in a large mailing tube – this will protect the print so you can pop it in your own frame.
Framed prints will be protected with layers of cardboard and bubblewrap. Sometimes for large prints, we use a thin sheet of polystyrene to help protect the glass.
Frames
We are all about New Zealand made – our frames are manufactured locally! They’re high quality NZ wood and glass, finished in matte black or matte white. The frame edge is approximately 20mm wide and 15mm deep.

Our warehouse staff is extremely skilled and will package your products according to our precise and precise specifications. Prior to shipping, your goods will be thoroughly examined and secured. Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing time based on the individual item.
Prior to shipping, we examine the items ordered carefully before shipping. The majority of orders will be sent within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is 3 to 7 days.
Returns
The stock is dynamic and we are unable to control it completely because multiple parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
Your item must be in its original packaging and not be used. You must have the item in its original packaging.
