Paper
We use professional quality, medium weight matte card for all our prints. Our paper stock gives our prints a very high quality, long-lasting and beautiful finish.
Packaging
Unframed prints will arrive lovingly rolled in a large mailing tube – this will protect the print so you can pop it in your own frame.
Framed prints will be protected with layers of cardboard and bubblewrap. Sometimes for large prints, we use a thin sheet of polystyrene to help protect the glass.
Frames
We are all about New Zealand made – our frames are manufactured locally! They’re high quality NZ wood and glass, finished in matte black or matte white. The frame edge is approximately 20mm wide and 15mm deep.

We have a range of shipping options because of our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff are trained to package your goods exactly as per the specifications that we supply. Prior to shipping the goods are thoroughly inspected and secured. We ship to thousands customers every day from all over the world. This is a sign of our determination to becoming the largest online retailer on earth. The warehouses and centers for distribution are in Europe, as well as the USA.
Orders with more than one item are assigned processing times for each item.
Prior to shipment the items, our staff will carry out a thorough inspection on the items you purchased. Most orders are shipped within 48-hours. The estimated delivery time is between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic, and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of many different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual levels of stock can change at any moment. Be aware that your order will be out of stock when your order has been made.
The period of time is 30 days. If 30 days have passed in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
The item must not be used, and it must be in its original condition. It should also be in the original package.
