Paper
We use professional quality, medium weight matte card for all our prints. Our paper stock gives our prints a very high quality, long-lasting and beautiful finish.
Packaging
Unframed prints will arrive lovingly rolled in a large mailing tube – this will protect the print so you can pop it in your own frame.
Framed prints will be protected with layers of cardboard and bubblewrap. Sometimes for large prints, we use a thin sheet of polystyrene to help protect the glass.
Frames
We are all about New Zealand made – our frames are manufactured locally! They’re high quality NZ wood and glass, finished in matte black or matte white. The frame edge is approximately 20mm wide and 15mm deep.

We can offer a variety of shipping options because of our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff will package every item to our exacting specifications. Your items are carefully inspected and securely secured prior to shipment. Every day we ship hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. Note: Orders that contain multiple items will have a different processing time for each item.
Prior to shipping We will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you have ordered. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hrs. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Be aware that it is possible for your order to run out of stock even after you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer either a return or exchange.
You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition as when you received it. It must also still be in the original package.
