Paper
We use professional quality, medium weight matte card for all our prints. Our paper stock gives our prints a very high quality, long-lasting and beautiful finish.
Packaging
Unframed prints will arrive lovingly rolled in a large mailing tube – this will protect the print so you can pop it in your own frame.
Framed prints will be protected with layers of cardboard and bubblewrap. Sometimes for large prints, we use a thin sheet of polystyrene to help protect the glass.
Frames
We are all about New Zealand made – our frames are manufactured locally! They’re high quality NZ wood and glass, finished in matte black or matte white. The frame edge is approximately 20mm wide and 15mm deep.

Professional packing and fast shipping

Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will pack your products according to our precise and exact specifications. Your items will undergo an extensive inspection and will be securely secured prior to being shipped. We deliver to hundreds of thousands of customers daily across different countries. It is important to note that orders with more than one item are subject to a processing period that is based to the item.
We will inspect each and every one of the products before they are shipped. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. The delivery time should be between 3-7 working days.
Returns
We don't control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. Be aware that it's possible that your order could become unavailable even after you have made the order.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If you don't receive your item within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition the day you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
