Our warehouse staff are extremely skilled and will package your products according to our precise and precise specifications. Before shipment, all items will be thoroughly examined and safely secured. Everyday, we send to thousands of customers in different countries. This demonstrates our dedication to be the largest online retailer in the world. The warehouses are located located in Europe as much as they are in the USA.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing period dependent on the particular item.
Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. The majority of orders are shipped within 48-hours. It is expected that delivery will take between three and seven days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic, and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of several different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. Stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. Please be aware that it's possible that your order could run out of stock even after you have made the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We will not exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days from the date of purchase.
For your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. The item must be in its original packaging.
