Professionally packed and fast shipping
We provide a variety of shipping options owing to our long-standing relationships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff are educated to pack your items exactly according to the specifications that we supply. Your goods will go through an extensive inspection and will be adequately secured before being shipped. Everyday, we send to thousands of clients in different countries. This is a sign of our determination to become the biggest online retailer in the world. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.
Note: Orders with more than one product will be assigned a distinct processing time depending on the specific item.
Before shipping, we will inspect thoroughly the items you have ordered. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is dynamic and we do not completely manage it due to the fact that many parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any point. Be aware that your order will become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase and we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
For your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
