Prompt shipping and expert packing
Our long-standing relationships with UPS FedEx DHL and other carriers around the world lets us offer various shipping options. Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will package your items according to our precise and exact specifications. Your products will be subjected to a thorough examination and will be securely packaged before being delivered. Everyday, we send to thousands of customers across many countries. This demonstrates our dedication to become the biggest online retailer on the planet. Warehouses and distribution centres can be located throughout Europe and the USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a different processing time for each item.
We will thoroughly inspect all items ordered before shipping. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. The delivery time will be between 3-7 working days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to effectively manage inventory. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Be aware that it is possible that your order could run out of stock even after you have made the order.
The policy is 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
For your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
