Our warehouse personnel will pack each item according to our strict specifications. Your products will go through an extensive inspection and will be properly secured before they are shipped. The distribution centers and warehouses distribution are situated in Europe, as well as the USA.
Note: Orders that contain multiple items will have a distinct processing period for each item.
Before shipping Our team will conduct an extensive inspection of the products you have ordered. The majority of orders will be sent within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of several entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that stock may run out after your order has been processed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a complete refund or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
