Speedy Delivery and professional packaging
We offer a broad range of shipping options due to our long-standing partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse personnel will pack every item to our exacting requirements. Prior to shipping, your goods are thoroughly inspected and securely secured. Everyday, we send to thousands of clients in many countries. This is an indication of our commitment to be the largest online retailer globally. The warehouses are located situated in Europe just as they are in the USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a separate processing period for each item.
Before shipping, we will examine thoroughly the items you've ordered. Today, most orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.
The policy is 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be in its original packaging.
