Our warehouse staff is highly educated and will package your goods in accordance with our exact and precise specifications. Before shipping your items will be carefully inspected and secured. We have distribution centers as well as warehouses across Europe and in the USA.
Note: Orders containing more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing time depending on the specific item.
Before shipping the items, our staff will carry out an extensive inspection of the items you purchased. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing and we cannot completely manage it because of the fact that several stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
