Chocolate and protein in a cookie…well…don’t mind if we do. Particularly at 3pm, actually any time with that tea or coffee.

Makes 20!

INGREDIENTS:

Rice Flour, Soloman’s Chocolate Chips, Almond Meal, Coconut Sugar, Pea Protein, Rice Protein, Flaxmeal, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Maca, Lucuma, Himalayan Salt.

YOU WILL NEED:

1/3 cup Peanut butter, 1/3 cup rice Malt Syrup, 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, 1/4 cup luke warm Water. 

DIRECTIONS:

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees on bake.

Pour wet ingredients into a bowl and mix.

Pour dry ingredients into a seperate bowl.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry mix. Mix well. 

Line a baking tray with non stick baking paper. 

Create 1 Tbsp size balls and lay on the tray. Press with a fork, or your hand to flatten. 

(makes approx 20 but you can make them smaller or bigger). 

Put in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Pull out and chill for 20. 

Then…enjoy.
