Our warehouse staff is highly educated and will package the goods according to the exact and precise specifications. Before shipment, all items are carefully examined and securely secured. We deliver to thousands of clients each day across multiple countries. This shows our commitment to being the largest retailer on the internet. These warehouses are located in Europe in the same way as they are in USA.
Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing period according to the item.
Prior to shipment Our team will conduct an extensive inspection of the items you purchased. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of multiple parties including the factory and our warehouse. Stocks can be changed at any time. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. However, if thirty days have passed since you purchased your product, we are unable to give you a refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and in the same condition when you first received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
