Paper
We use professional quality, medium weight matte card for all our prints. Our paper stock gives our prints a very high quality, long-lasting and beautiful finish.
Packaging
Unframed prints will arrive lovingly rolled in a large mailing tube – this will protect the print so you can pop it in your own frame.
Framed prints will be protected with layers of cardboard and bubblewrap. Sometimes for large prints, we use a thin sheet of polystyrene to help protect the glass.
Frames
We are all about New Zealand made – our frames are manufactured locally! They’re high quality NZ wood and glass, finished in matte black or matte white. The frame edge is approximately 20mm wide and 15mm deep.

We will thoroughly inspect all products before they are shipped. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. The levels of stock can change at any moment. Please be aware it's possible your order may be unable to fill once you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If you have passed 30 days by since your purchase and we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original packaging and be unused. The item should be in the original packaging.
